Pursuant to § 1430, Subdivision 1-a,
of the Real Property Tax Law, the deadline for filing of applications
with the Village Treasurer for a third-party tax notification for
owners of residential real property consisting of no more than three
family units and who are 65 years old or over or who are disabled
is May 15 of each fiscal year.
