[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Scranton 9-26-1979
as Ch. 7, Art. V, of the 1979 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
There is hereby adopted by reference the 1974 Edition of the National
Fuel Gas Code as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
Such code shall be in full force and effect in the city as if fully set forth
herein.
Any person violating any provision of the National Fuel Gas Code shall be subject to the penalty of § 1-16.
