No person shall cause, permit or assist another person to commit any of the acts or practices prohibited in this Code.
No person shall refuse or neglect to obey any reasonable direction of a police officer.
It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and intentionally damage, deface, injure, remove, tamper with, carry or take away or otherwise unlawfully assume control of any property whether public or private, real or personal, which is not his own.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use any vulgar, obscene, profane, boisterous or insulting language, tending to a breach of the peace or tending to the disturbance or annoyance of peaceable residents or travelers nearby.
It shall be unlawful for any person to prowl or loiter about property of another or peer or peep into any house or other structure without the consent of the owner thereof. However, this shall not be so construed as to prohibit peaceful picketing upon the public streets, highways or sidewalks in the case of labor disputes.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be found drunk or intoxicated upon any street or highway, or in any store, theater or place of public resort.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in fighting, brawling or riotous conduct.
It shall be unlawful for any person to keep a house where any illegal activities are being carried on.
It shall be unlawful for any person to resort to or frequent any house where illegal activities are being carried on.
