It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to throw, dump, place, deposit or cause to be thrown, dumped, placed or deposited any grass, leaves, branches, paper, rags, garbage, stone, brick, gravel, sand, dirt, mud, clay, metals, junk or any other object, substance or material in or on any roadway, highway, gutter, public street or alley or other public place or public property in the City of North Tonawanda, New York.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $50. nor more than $100 for each such offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such violation occurs or continues.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
