Be it enacted by the Village Board of the Village of Altamont, Local Law No. 2 for 1990, being a law expanding the boundaries of the Village of Altamont to include the following described parcel of land which shall be annexed to and forever be included as within the boundaries of the Village of Altamont:
A. 
All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Guilderland, Albany County, New York, to be annexed to the Village of Altamont, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the Village of Altamont on the West and the Town of Guilderland on the East, said point of beginning being at the intersection of said division line and the Southerly margin of Pangburn Road and runs hence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along said Southerly margin of Pangburn Road the following three (3) courses:
North 78 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East, approximately 1,046 feet, to a point;
thence, North 77 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East, 657.81 feet to a point;
thence, North 81 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East, 129.32 feet to a point where said margin intersects the Westerly margin of Dunnsville Road, (New York State Route 397);
thence along the said Westerly margin of Dunnsville Road, the following four (4) courses:
generally Southerly, along a curve to the left of radius, 625.00 feet, a distance of 142.61 feet, (chord: South 02 degrees 39 minutes 48 seconds East, 142.30 feet) to a point of tangency;
thence, South 09 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East, 210.08 feet, to a point of curvature;
thence, generally Southerly along a curve to the right of radius 600.00 feet, a distance of 139.28, (chord: South 02 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East, 138.96 feet) to a point of tangency;
thence, South 04 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West, 247.02 feet to a point;
thence along the Northerly line of the lands now or formerly of William M. Belak and Myrna L. Belak, as conveyed by deed dated August 4, 1955, as filed in the Albany County Clerk's office in liber 1459, page 55, north 85 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West, 200.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said lands of Belak; thence along the Westerly line of said lands of Belak, South 04 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West, approximately 183 feet to a point where said Westerly line is intersected by the division line between the Village of Altamont on the Southwest and the Town of Guilderland on the Northeast; thence along said division line, North 46 degrees 57 minutes 17 seconds West, approximately 229 feet to a point; thence continuing along the division line between the Village of Altamont on the South and the Town of Guilderland on the North, North 76 degrees 52 minutes 17 seconds West, 1,475.10 feet to a point; thence continuing along the division line between the Village of Altamont on the West and the Town of Guilderland on the East, North 09 degrees 52 minutes 17 seconds West, approximately 37 feet to a point where said division line intersects the Southerly margin of Pangburn Road and the point or place of beginning, being a parcel of land containing approximately 18.22 acres.
B. 
Together with all that certain tract piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Guilderland, Albany County, New York, to be annexed to the Village of Altamont, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line of the lands now or formerly of William M. Belak and Myrna L. Belak, as conveyed by deed dated August 4, 1955, as filed in the Albany County Clerk's Office in liber 1459, page 55, said point of beginning being at the intersection of said Southerly line with the division line between the Village of Altamont on the Southwest and the Town of Guilderland on the Northeast, said point of beginning lying distant the following courses, as measured along the division line between the Village of Altamont and the Town of Guilderland, from a point where said division line intersects the Southerly margin of Pangburn Road:
South 09 degrees 52 minutes 17 seconds East, approximately 37 feet to a point;
thence, South 76 degrees 52 minutes 17 seconds East, 1,475.10 feet to a point;
thence, South 46 degrees 57 minutes 17 seconds East, approximately 254 feet to the point of beginning; and runs thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, along said Southerly line of lands of Belak the following two (2) courses: North 79 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East, approximately 160 feet to a point; thence North 40 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East, 42.50 feet to a point on the Westerly margin of Dunnsville Road, (New York State Route 397); thence along said Westerly Road margin, South 04 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West, 75.70 feet to a point where said road margin is intersected by the Northerly line of the lands now or formerly of Charles S. Eson and Karen Ann Zeichnik, as conveyed by deed dated August 21, 1978, as filed in the Albany County Clerk's Office in liber 2155, page 390; thence along said Northerly line, South 79 degrees 53 minutes 27 seconds West, approximately 140 feet to a point where said line is intersected by the division line between the Village of Altamont on the Southwest and the Town of Guilderland on the Northeast; thence along said division line, North 46 degrees 57 minutes 17 seconds West, approximately 58 feet to a point where said division line intersects the Southerly line of the said lands of Belak and the point or place of beginning, being a parcel of land containing approximately 0.18 acres.
C. 
The above-described 18.22 +/- acre parcel and 0.18 +/- acre parcel are subject to any and all easements, restrictions and covenants of record.
D. 
This enactment shall take effect on and after August 1, 1990.

Tax Map No. 37.04-1-4, property owned by William Buchanan, lot size 162 feet by 200 inches.
(2) 
Tax Map No. 37.04-1-9.1, driveway: 60 feet by 200 feet, property owned by H. L. Gage.
B. 
This enactment shall take effect on and after October 3, 1995.

Be it enacted by the Village Board of the Village of Altamont, Local Law No. 3-1999, being a law expanding the boundaries of the Village of Altamont to include the following described parcel of land which shall be annexed to and forever be included as within the boundaries of the Village of Altamont: All that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the Town of Guilderland, Albany County, New York, to be annexed to the Village of Altamont, being more particularly described as follows:
(1) 
Tax Map No. 37.15-2.24.3, property owned by Jay and Evelyn Kramer located on Gun Club Road.
(2) 
Tax Map Nos. 37.15-1-7.1 and 37.15-1-7.2, property owned by Frank Testa located on Marian Court.
B. 
This enactment shall take effect immediately.

Be it enacted by the Village Board of the Village of Altamont, Local Law No. 5-2001, being a law expanding the boundaries of the Village of Altamont to include the following described parcel of land which shall be annexed to and forever be included as within the boundaries of the Village of Altamont: All that certain piece of parcel of land situated in the Town of Guilderland, Albany County, New York, to be annexed to the Village of Altamont, being more particularly described as follows:

Tax Map No. 36.00-1-18, property owned by Edward and Elizabeth Cowley located at 801 Township Road.
B. 
This enactment shall take effect immediately.

Be it enacted by the Village Board of the Village of Altamont as follows:
A. 
Authority. This local law is adopted pursuant to § 714 of the Municipal Annexation Law.
B. 
Purpose. This local law is intended to complete the annexation by the Village of Altamont of territory located in the Town of Guilderland.
C. 
This local law annexes the following territory located in the Town of Guilderland into the Village of Altamont:
(1) 
All that tract, piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Guilderland, County of Albany and State of New York lying northerly of Bozenkill Road and westerly of New York State Route 397 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a capped iron rod set on the westerly highway boundary line of New York State Route 397 at its intersection with the division line between the lands now or formerly of George P. and Faith Pratt (Liber 2364 of Deeds, Page 1103) on the north and east and the lands herein described on the south and west and running thence S 12°-39'-09" W 182.60 feet, along side westerly highway boundary line, to a point at its intersection with the northerly highway boundary line of Bozenkill Road; running thence the following three courses and distances along said northerly highway boundary line: a) S 81°-10'-00" W 138.23 feet to a point; b) S 77°-34'-00" W 659.10 feet to a point; c) S 78°-12'-00" W 678.07 feet to a capped iron rod set; running thence N 05°-54'-43" W 165.27 feet, along said northerly highway boundary line and also along the division line between the lands now or formerly of Russell J. Stout, Jr. and Audrey M. Richards (Liber 2913 of Deeds, Page 684) on the west and the lands herein described on the east, to a capped iron rod set; running thence S 78°-12'-22" W 375.00 feet, along the division line between the lands now or formerly of the said Russell J. Stout, Jr. and Audrey M. Richards (Liber 2913 of Deeds, Page 684) on the south and the lands herein described on the north, to a capped iron rod found at its intersection with the division line between the lands now or formerly of Carolyn S. DuBrin (Liber 2276 of Deeds, Page 103) on the west and the lands herein described on the east; running thence N. 10°-13'-12" W 1356.87 feet, along said division line, to a point at its intersection with the division line between the lands now or formerly of Altamont Orchards Realty (Liber 2601 of Deeds, Page 371) on the north and the lands herein described on the south; running thence following three courses and distances along said division line: a) N 87°-07'-55" E 827.71 feet to a capped iron rod set; b) N 76°-58'-32" E 356.28 feet to a capped iron rod set; and c) N 54°-28'-30" E 66.00 feet to an iron pin found at its intersection with the division line between the lands now or formerly of Anthony H. and Elizabeth M. Corradi (Liber 2569 of Deeds, Page 270), the lands now or formerly of Gary and Sharon O'Brien (Liber 2614 of Deeds, Page 513) and the lands now or formerly of Dale M. and Brenda A. Goodnight (Liber 2502 of Deeds, Page 593) on the northeast and the lands herein described on the southwest; running thence S 46°-46'-30" E 922.76 feet, along said division line, to a point at its intersection with the first mentioned division line between the lands now or formerly of George P. and Faith Pratt (Liber 2364 of Deeds, Page 1103) on the north and east and the lands herein described on the south and west; running thence to the following two courses and distances along said division line: a) S 08°-41'-59" W 433.48 feet to a caped iron rod set; and b) S 81°-09'-21" E 277.84 feet to the point or place of beginning. The territory to be annexed by this local law contains 52.25 acres more or less.
(2) 
Together with any and all right, title and interest in and to the centerlines of Bozenkill Road and NYS Route 397 that the grantor herein may have.
D. 
Effective date. This local law shall take effect January 1, 2015 after filing with the Secretary of State.
