[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Council
of the Township of Manchester 11-13-2006 by Ord. No. 06-033. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Township will be deemed to have accepted
public improvements shown on any site plan after inspection and approval
by the Municipal Engineer and upon the release of posted performance
guarantees.
The acceptance shall include public use of streets
or roads and any improvements made thereon according to site plans
and subdivision plats approved by the municipality.
The acceptance of the streets, roads and improvements
therein shall be filed with the appropriate agencies upon release
of the performance guarantee.
