[Ordinance No. 1133, adopted 4-15-2003,
incorporated and adopted the 2003 International Mechanical Code. This ordinance
superseded former Ch. 137, Mechanical Standards, adopted 2-4-1997
by Ord. No. 1091, and repealed Ord. No. 1112,
adopted 4-20-1999, which provided for the adoption of the
1998 International Mechanical Code. A copy of said provisions is on file in
the Borough offices and is available for examination during regular office
