The position or office of Administrative Assistant is hereby
created in the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, and the duties of such position
or office shall be those prescribed by statute or which the Council
may from time to time designate by ordinance or resolution.
The Mayor shall nominate and, with the advice and consent of
the Council, appoint the Administrative Assistant for a term of one
year commencing January 1 and terminating December 31 in each year.
The provisions of any ordinance or ordinances inconsistent with
the provisions hereof are hereby expressly repealed.
This article shall take effect upon passage and publication
as provided by law.
