There is hereby created the office of Property Maintenance Officer
of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus.
The Mayor shall appoint, with the advice and consent of the
Council, a Property Maintenance Officer for a term of one year commencing
January 1 and terminating December 31 or the unexpired portion thereof.
The Property Maintenance Officer shall enforce the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus (Chapter 47 of the Code).
