For purposes of this article, all regulations concerning the control and prohibition of air pollution from sulphur compounds in the form of gases, vapors or liquid particles, as set forth in the "New Jersey Air Pollution Control Code," adopted by the New Jersey State Department of Health, effective May 1, 1956, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as though set forth at length herein.
B. 
Three copies of said "New Jersey Air Pollution Control Code" have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Health upon the introduction of this chapter and will remain on file there for the use and examination of the public.
