A.
The Ho-Ho-Kus Police Department manual entitled "Police Department
of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus Manual of Rules and Regulations," dated
March 2003, be and the same is hereby adopted. The provisions of the
police manual may be amended from time to time by resolution of the
Borough Council. Copies of the police manual as adopted are on file
in the office of the Borough Administrator and the Police Department.

B.
In the event that the same general subject is covered by the provisions
of this chapter and the provisions of the police manual, both provisions
shall be enforced unless a conflict exists therein, in which event
the provisions of this chapter shall prevail and shall supersede the
provisions of the police manual.
