GENERAL REFERENCES
Amusements — See Ch. 9.
The Town Board of the Town of Oneonta is hereby authorized to
adopt by a resolution or by resolutions a schedule or schedules of
reasonable and uniform fees that are required to be paid for permits,
licenses or services that are now required or provided for by chapters
of the Code of the Town of Oneonta or that may hereafter be required
or provided for. Such resolution or resolutions shall be adopted at
a regular meeting of the Town Board, and the fees so established may
be revised or amended from time to time by a resolution or resolutions
adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Board.
The schedule or schedules of fees established pursuant to § 35-1 above shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk and shall be kept up-to-date by the Town Clerk in the event of any revisions therein by resolution of the Town Board.
