It is the purpose of this residential district to provide for
areas within the Town of Oneonta where mobile homes and related service
facilities may be located in a well-organized environment.
The following uses are permitted in the MHD Mobile Home District:
All mobile home districts must be built according to the requirements
found in the Mobile Home-Travel Trailer Ordinance of the Town of Oneonta.[1] The granting of approval of site plans or applications
for zone change shall in no way alter the requirements of the Mobile
Home-Travel Trailer Ordinance.
