Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 41:8, the Selectmen shall
contract with an independent auditor and shall have performed an annual
audit to be completed within one year after the close of the Town's
fiscal year. Such audit shall be conducted in accordance with accepted
standards in the accounting profession, and with New Hampshire Department
of Revenue Administration rules and guidelines.
