A.
As used in this section, "through truck traffic" means the operation
in the Borough of all trucks on trips which do not originate in or
end in the Borough.
B.
No person shall operate or cause to be operated upon any of the highways
of the Borough, except Greentree Road, McKenna Avenue, McKinney Lane,
McMonagle Avenue, Mansfield Avenue, Noblestown Road, Potomac Avenue,
Poplar Street and Warriors Road, a motor truck engaged in through
truck traffic; provided, however, that this section shall not exclude
from such highways the use and operation of hook-and-ladder trucks
and other fire-fighting apparatus.
