Town of Orleans, MA Article I Building and Inspection Fees

§ 94-1 Authorization to set fees.

The town authorizes the Selectmen to set such fees as they may deem reasonable for building permits, for inspections of buildings, for certificates of use and occupancy, for electrical inspections, for plumbing inspections and, without limitation by the peculiarity of the foregoing, any other inspections as may become necessary or deemed advisable under the provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code, Section 108.15 and 118.
