The purpose of the within article is to comply with the requirements
of Chapter 110, P.L. 1988,[1] which requires each municipality to establish the position
of Chief Financial Officer.

The position of Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Seaside
Park, Ocean County, New Jersey is hereby established.
The Chief Financial Officer shall be paid a salary as set forth
in the Salary Ordinance.[1]
