The Town shall not pay for any health insurance benefits for
the Mayor or any Council members. However, the Mayor or any member
of the Council shall have the option to participate in any Town health
insurance program or plan that is provided to its employees, provided
that the Mayor or such Council member is responsible for 100% of the
costs to the Town associated with such participation.
This article will only become effective for the next succeeding
Mayor and Council members.
