A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Township Manager of the Township of Pine, and being marked and designated as the "2009 International Fire Code" (and as it may thereafter be subsequently amended or revised from time to time and including later-issued editions thereof), as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted for the control of buildings, structures, and premises as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said 2009 International Fire Code (as it may be amended or revised from time to time and including later-issued editions thereof) are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in §
52-29 hereof.
All other ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Township
of Pine in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
The 2009 International Fire Code is hereby amended and changed
in the following specific respects:
A. In Section 109.3 (Violation penalties), insert "criminal offense,"
"no more than $500," and "30" days, respectively.
B. Section 307 (Open Burning and Recreational Fires) is deleted in its entirety, due to the existence of preexisting alternate regulations contained in Article
III of Chapter
52 of the Code of the Township of Pine.
C. Section 506 (Key Boxes) is deleted in its entirety, due to the existence of preexisting alternate regulations contained in Article
II of Chapter
52 of the Code of the Township of Pine.
