A.
Delinquent sewer bills returned by ALCOSAN to the Borough of Bellevue
for collection shall be subject to, and there is hereby assessed and
levied, a penalty of 10% of the face amount of the bill.
B.
Delinquent sewer bills returned by ALCOSAN to the Borough of Bellevue
for collection, in addition to the ten-percent penalty above levied,
shall be subject to interest at the rate of 0.083% per month beginning
with the date that a bill is mailed to the person or firm responsible
for payment.
C.
The imposition or levy of said penalty and interest shall be clearly
stated on the statement or bills mailed out for collection.
