Notwithstanding any restriction contained anywhere within the
Code of the City of Haverhill as to the use of motorized vehicles
of any kind within public recreation areas, such as public park or
parks, playgrounds, and/or recreational areas owned, controlled or
maintained by the City of Haverhill, personal mobility devices required
due to a disability, such as wheelchairs and scooters, are specifically
excluded.
