This chapter shall apply only to a bicycle at least one wheel of which
exceeds 20 inches in diameter.[1]

All bicycle operators shall conform to traffic rules and regulations.
No operator of a bicycle shall permit any person in excess of the number
for which such bicycle is designated and equipped to ride thereon.
Every bicycle shall be equipped with a red reflector visible from the
rear and at least two inches in diameter.

Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished
by a fine of $1.
If a minor violates the bicycle law, the police, instead of prosecuting
in court, may, with the consent of the parent, impound such bicycle for a
period not exceeding 15 days.
