If the Planning Board determines that its conditions on traffic
are not being met, the Planning Board shall require the applicant
to bring the development into compliance.
If the Planning Board finds that any section or provision of
these regulations does not apply, it may be waived by vote of the
Planning Board.
Should any section or provision of these regulations be declared
to be invalid, said section or provision shall not invalidate any
other section or provision of these regulations.
