Pursuant to the authority conferred by Article 16 of the Town
Law of the State of New York, the Town Board of the Town of Little
Valley has ordained and does hereby enact the following chapter adopting
regulations designed to minimize flood losses in the Town of Little
Valley as well as regulating and restricting the location, size and
use of buildings and other structures and the use of land in the Town
of Little Valley.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "Zoning Ordinance
of the Town of Little Valley," and is referred to herein as "this
chapter."
