§ 68-2Filing of copies.
Subdivision 2-a of § 352-e of the General Business Law is hereby adopted and shall have full force and effect in the Village of Washingtonville.
The Village Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this chapter with the Office of Legal Records, New York State Attorney General's Office, Justice Building, Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12224.
