A. The City of St. Peters, Missouri, shall
establish a Land Use Review Committee for review of selected proposed
development projects requiring action by the Board of Aldermen and
projects requiring a special use permit.

B. Said Committee shall be comprised of the
following City employees and elected officials: the City Administrator,
Mayor, TDS Group Manager, WES Group Manager, PGS Group Manager or
authorized representative, RCS Group Manager or authorized representative,
HES Group Manager or authorized representative, SSS Group Manager,
Chief of Police or authorized representative, Director of Planning,
Community and Economic Development, Planning Coordinator, Director
of Engineering, Building Commissioner and a representative of the
Finance Department. The Aldermen representing the wards where the
proposed developments would be located and the applicable fire protection
district representatives would also participate along with others
deemed necessary by the project scope.
