A. 
Trucks And Commercial Vehicles. No truck or commercial vehicle licensed by the State for twenty thousand (20,000) pounds gross vehicle weight (excepting for unloaded dump trucks) or more shall operate or park on any street except when:
1. 
Loading or unloading;
2. 
Providing service;
3. 
Making emergency repairs;
4. 
A detached tractor rig is driven to the residence of the operator in the City of Desloge solely for the purpose of parking such detached rig at said residence when it is not being used in the conduct of commercial transportation business;
5. 
A detached tractor rig is driven from the operator's residence in the City of Desloge to any other destination within or outside of the City of Desloge in the conduct of commercial transportation business.
B. 
Detached Trailers Or Semi-Trailers. No detached trailer, semi-trailer or similar vehicle shall park on any street except when loading or unloading, providing service or making emergency repairs.
C. 
Unlicensed Vehicles, Tractors, Machinery Or Equipment. No unlicensed vehicle, tractor, machinery or equipment shall be parked on any street except when loading or unloading, providing service or making emergency repairs.
D. 
The following streets within the City limits of the City are designated as truck routes over which vehicles in excess of twenty thousand (20,000) pounds gross vehicle weight may be operated.
1. 
State Street.
2. 
State Highway 8.
3. 
Hawthorne Street north of State Highway 8.
4. 
Oak Street.
5. 
State Highway P.
E. 
Exemptions. Recreational vehicles (e.g. motor homes, campers, etc.) shall be exempt from the provisions of this Schedule, except with respect to Subsection (C) hereinabove.
F. 
Penalties. Any person violating the provisions of this Schedule will be punished in accordance with the provisions of Section 100.210 of this Code.
