In accordance with Section 325.030 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, traffic movement shall be restricted in the following locations:

No motor vehicle shall travel west on Highley between Adams
and Hawthorne Streets.

No motor vehicle shall turn west from East End onto Highley
Lane.

No motor vehicle shall turn west from West End onto Highley
Lane.
