Disorderly conduct within the boundaries of the Borough of Darby
is hereby defined to be any action, word or conduct which causes or
tends to cause a breach of the peace or good order of the Borough,
or which causes or tends to cause any danger, discomfort or annoyance
to the public or to any individual or group of individuals, including
the inhabitants of the Borough and persons in or upon the Borough
thoroughfares or elsewhere within the boundaries of the Borough; and
such action, word or conduct shall and it does include quarreling,
fighting, begging, intoxication, lewd or indecent language or action,
all loud, boisterous or riotous conduct and the making of unnecessary
noises to the disturbance of the public.

Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more
than $300 and costs of such proceedings or, upon default of payment
of such fines and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail for a
term of not more than 30 days. The continuation of such violation
for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the
person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation
may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
