§ 7-3-1 Parking of volatile, toxic, gaseous, flammable material, or other hazardous substances transport vehicles.

No person shall park or leave standing within 50 feet of any residence between the hours of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM any vehicle with the capacity to transport volatile, toxic, gaseous, flammable material or other hazardous substances, excluding vehicles' own fuel tank which is required for its operation.

§ 7-3-2 Penalty.

A person who violates any provision of this section shall be subject to a class 4 forfeiture. A separate offense exists each calendar day during which a violation occurs or continues.
