This proposed chapter is to be known as the "Administrative
Code of the Town of Raymond."
After adoption by the Board of Selectmen, at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Board, this regulation shall become effective on April
30, 1990.
This regulation may be amended from time to time by the Board
of Selectmen at a regular or special meeting.
Except as provided by state statute or municipal ordinance,
no new permanent positions and/or new departments as set forth in
this code shall be authorized or implemented without the approval
of the Board of Selectmen and the necessary funding as may be approved
by any annual or special Town meeting.
If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase
of this regulation shall be declared invalid for any reason whatever,
such decision shall not effect the remaining portions of this regulation,
which shall remain in full force and effect; and to this end, the
provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
