A.
A Code known as "Sanitation in Retail Food Establishments and Food
and Beverage Vending Machines" as amended and supplemented is adopted
by the Township.
B.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2, three copies of the Sanitation in
Retail Food Establishments and Food and Beverage Vending Machines
Code shall be on file in the office of the Township Clerk and the
Code is hereby adopted by reference.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall
be liable, upon conviction, for the penalties stated in the State
Sanitary Code.
