Unless otherwise expressly specified in the Village Code, any
person, firm, corporation, or legal entity of any kind and however
established in law, found to have violated any provision of this chapter,
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$20,000 for each violation, regardless of any convictions for prior
violations. The penalties provided for in this section shall not preclude
prosecution for offenses under applicable New York State laws.
