A.
In their interpretation and application, the provisions
of this Part 1 shall be held to be minimum requirements adopted for
the promotion of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare.
B.
Wherever the requirements of this Part 1 are at variance
with requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations,
ordinances, deed restrictions or covenants, the most restrictive or
that imposing the higher standards shall govern.
C.
It is not intended by this Part 1 to create any vested
interest in pursuance to the provisions therein.
