Any person or persons aggrieved by any decision, resolution
or determination of the Commission, or against whom a notice of violation
has been issued, may have the determination reviewed by a court of
competent jurisdiction in the manner provided by Article 78 of the
New York Civil Practice Law and Rules, provided that the proceeding
is commenced within 30 days after the filing of the decision, resolution
or determination of the Commission in the office of the Town Board
or within 30 days after issuance of a notice of violation. The Town
shall provide representation to the Commission in any such proceeding.
