Editor's Note: This local law also superseded
former Art. I, Building Inspector and Deputy Building Inspector, adopted
10-16-1997 by L.L. No. 5-1997.
It is the purpose of this article to modify
the requirements of § 23 of the Town Law or any other statute,
law, rule or regulation to the contrary to the extent sections require
that a Deputy Town Clerk, Building Inspector and/or a Deputy Building
Inspector be residents and electors within the Town of Pound Ridge.
This article shall be known as "A Local Law
to Amend Residency Requirements for a Deputy Town Clerk, Building
Inspector and/or a Deputy Building Inspector."
