If an illegally parked vehicle remains illegally
parked in the same location for a period exceeding two hours, said
vehicle may be towed by the police and/or Town staff. All towing and
storage charges shall be paid by the owner of said towed vehicle before
said vehicle shall be released to its owner. This section shall apply
to North and South Broad Street and East and West Main Street.

Any person convicted of violating the provisions
of this article shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $75.
