The Police Department of East Norriton Township's Department Organization
Manual of Policy and Rules and Procedures, as adopted by the Board of Supervisors
of East Norriton Township at its June 15, 1987, meeting, is hereby formally
adopted by the Board of Supervisors of East Norriton Township to be the official
Police Department manual setting forth rights, duties, obligations and penalties
for police officers employed by East Norriton Township. A copy of said manual
is attached to this chapter, incorporated by reference and labeled Exhibit
A.[1]

The Police Department of East Norriton Township's Department Organization
Manual of Policy and Rules and Procedures may be altered, amended and changed
from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of East Norriton
Township.
