No person or persons, firm or corporation shall dump, deposit or place or cause to be dumped, deposited or placed any refuse, trash, garbage, rubbish, litter, junk, ashes, waste material or any nauseous, noxious or offensive matter, including but not limited to grass cuttings, leaves and branches, on any lands within the unincorporated area of the Town of Ossining, except with the approval of the Town Board of the said town.

No lands within the unincorporated area of the Town of Ossining, New York, shall be used as a dump or dumping ground for ashes, waste material, rubbish or garbage, except with the approval of the Town Board of said town.

Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
