Anyone violating any of the provisions of this
Part 2 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of
not more than $250 or by imprisonment for a term of not more than
15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.[1]

for repeated violations, 7.3, Separate violations, and 7.4, Misdemeanor
violations, which immediately followed this section, were deleted

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Town may
at any time seek injunctive or other relief, including compensatory
and punitive damages, in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce
this Part 2 or to recover for the violation thereof.
