§ 110-1 Representation required in certain circumstances.

All corporations shall be represented by attorneys when appearing before the City Council or any agency or board of the City when property rights, including applications for licenses or permits or hearings regarding revocation or suspension of those licenses or permits, are the subject of a hearing. Corporations do not need to be represented by attorneys when there is no specific hearing with regard to that corporation or its property rights. For example, the hearing of citizens before the Council.
