A.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of five tons gross weight are hereby excluded from all streets and highways within the Village except for the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§ 90-48), which streets and parts of streets shall be known as a truck route system.
B.
The regulations established in this section shall
not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and
combinations are otherwise excluded.
