Whenever any subdivision or resubdivision of
land is proposed to be made, before any contract for sale of any part
thereof and before any permit for erection of a structure in such
proposed subdivision shall be granted, the owner shall apply in writing
to the Planning Board for and secure approval of the proposed subdivision
in accordance with the following procedure.
