The provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-154.5 et seq. establishing the office
of Municipal Superintendent of Public Works in the Borough are hereby established
and adopted.
The Borough Superintendent of Public Works shall be appointed, when
legally qualified, by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough
Council.
The title of the person holding said post within the Borough shall be
Director of Public Works, and the Director shall be appointed yearly subject
to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-154.6.
The compensation for the Director of Public Works shall be fixed by
the Borough Council by appropriate ordinance.
