The attached Addenda Nos. 1 and 2 to the NEWCOM
Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement of December 14, 1995[1] are hereby ratified and the appropriate officials of the
above named municipality are authorized and directed to execute any
other documents needed to carry said Addenda into effect.
