The Township of Pine Transportation Impact Fee
Advisory Committee shall consist of the members of the Township of
Pine's Planning Commission and the following four persons who shall
serve as ad hoc voting members of such Planning Commission solely
whenever it functions as the Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
All of the above-named members are residents
of the Township of Pine or conduct business within the Township and,
except as otherwise may be noted above, are not employees or officials
of the Township.
Not less than 40% of the above-named members
are representatives of the real estate, commercial and residential
development and building industries.
All of the above-named members shall serve without
compensation.
The Township of Pine Transportation Impact Fee
Advisory Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity and shall review
land use assumptions, roadway sufficiency analysis studies, capital
improvement plans, transportation service area(s), impact fee charges
and the Township of Pine's transportation impact fee ordinance, and
make recommendations to the governing body as to any necessary revisions
thereof for the entirety of the Township of Pine, all as provided
by (and in accordance with) Act 209 of 1990.
In the event that any current member of the
Township of Pine's Planning Commission shall hereafter cease to be
a member thereof (as of result of resignation, failure to be reappointed
or otherwise), then such person shall also cease to be a member of
the Township of Pine's Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee
and his or her successor as a member of said Planning Commission (by
virtue of appointment thereto) shall also thereby be designated to
serve as a member of said Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
