§ 33-3 Borough Manager to make appointments.

The Borough Manager shall, in the manner provided by law, appoint all officers and employees of the Police Department.

§ 33-4 Qualifications of appointees.

No person shall be appointed a member of the Police Department unless he/she possesses the requisite qualifications prescribed by the applicable statutes of New Jersey and the entrance requirements as promulgated herein.
