The Chief of Police and the Borough Manager
are authorized to issue annual parking permits to emergency services
personnel to allow on-street parking at the location of the emergency
service responder's home address under the following terms and conditions:
A.
The applicant is a current active emergency service
responder.
B.
The applicant has neither a driveway nor nearby parking.
C.
The permit is valid until December 31 of the year
of issue.
D.
All parking permits shall be revoked prior to the
end of the renewal expiration when alternate parking becomes available
or the permittee is no longer an active emergency service responder.
