No person, other than an agent or employee of
the Borough of Fort Lee or the Bergen County Sewer Authority in the
performance of his duty, shall uncover, make any connection with or
opening into or alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance
thereto without first obtaining a written permit therefor from the
Director of Public Works.
No person shall break, damage, destroy, uncover,
deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which
is part of the public sewer or part of any wastewater facility.
