§ 35-6 Reappropriation of moneys received.

All moneys received for library fines are hereby reappropriated to the Board of Trustees of the Garfield Free Public Library.

§ 35-7 Use of moneys.

All moneys so reappropriated shall be used by the Board of Trustees of the Garfield Free Public Library for library purposes and shall be in addition to moneys appropriated for library purposes.
